Having served as a teacher, behavior specialist, program specialist, and administrator in the sixth-largest school district in the United States, she brings a unique combination of classroom experience, behavior expertise, and systems-level perspective to her work with educators and school leaders.
Today, Michele partners with schools, districts, and student-focused organizations to provide professional development, coaching, consultation, and resources that help create more consistent learning environments and improve behavior outcomes. She believes student behavior is not random, and when schools establish clear systems, practical strategies, and shared expectations, teachers feel supported, students know what is expected, and learning can thrive.
